Job trouble

I've just heard this morning that i've not got the grad job at Siemens. I was really relying on that by this point, the interview seemed to go well and I had a good year there, but obviously that wasn't enough!
Neither me nor Jim got the job, Steve did though so hope it all goes alright for him (always knew he'd get it anyway!)
I think I definitely must be doing something wrong with these interviews, since I've had so many this time and not got any of them! I think I must be aiming to high or something, all the companies I've applied for are big multi-nationals, better starting aiming lower I think! So, all I can really do now is get applying to more and more agencies and stuff and keep my fingers crossed. Not the situation I wanted to end up in.
